Mower County Recycling Center offers curbside recycle pickup every Tuesday in Grand Meadow.  Recycle bins can be picked up at City Hall.  See the flyer below for more information.

 Water Billing

Water bills are due towards the end of each month.  You may pay either in person at City Hall, via the drop box after hours at City Hall, by mail, ACH or via credit card.  Credit card payments are processed at the below link.  Please note a fee does apply for transaction of this nature.  The fee goes to the company for processing, not to the City.

 Notification of Accessibility of the Service Line Materials Inventory

The City of Grand Meadow has completed and submitted our service line materials inventory to the Minnesota Department of Health. The service line inventory is publicly available, and you can check the materials for your service line by visiting the Lead Inventory Tracking Tool (LITT) at https://maps.umn.edu/LSL/ you may also contact us at 507-754-5280. To complete the service line inventory, our system performed record review, community outreach, and/or visual inspections.

As of October 16, 2024, our inventory contains 0 lead, 2 galvanized requiring replacement, 264 unknown material, and 255 non-lead service lines.
